Your subscription is deducted each month, until you no longer wish to be a member. We reserve the right to prohibit and cancel orders from any account / member.
By giving your consent to the applicable subscription terms on shinebark, you authorize shinebark to periodically withdraw the indicated membership fees, until you choose to terminate your subscription. The price depends on what plan you choose. Thereafter, it costs the amount you choose when signing up per period. As a shinebark member and cardholder, you are required to pay for your membership period and any resulting membership withdrawals, until you cancel your membership and / or membership. Your shinebark membership is automatically renewed so that you always have access to it.
All transactions on shinebark must be made via credit card payments (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard). All payments and card charges are factored into the price of the product and are regulated there by shinebark. The shinebark subscription offers a 7 day cancellation policy. Your cancellation period expires 7 days after entering into an agreement with us. Your subscription takes effect when you place an order on shinebark. Your right of withdrawal is only active from the day you make a transaction on shinebark and not from the start of thr subscription payments. If you want to cancel your subscription, you must let us know at least 1 day before the start of entering into a binding agreement with us. You can let us know by contacting us at Support (we respond within 24 hours on weekdays). In your message, clearly and explicitly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
